The Edge Initiative will be successful as the benchmarks and related tools are widely adopted, helping library leaders strengthen the quality of public access technology and advocate for sustained investment with local leaders.
Our goal is to build a national network of critical allies who use and critique the benchmarks while sharing their experience with others. We seek input to ensure that the benchmarks and all supporting materials are dynamic and responsive to the continually growing opportunities that technology offers.
To help build this national network, we've committed ourselves to:
- Share information in a timely, transparent manner; and
- Provide vehicles for people to discuss, debate and share feedback in meaningful ways.
